Directions: Turn off the A429 (Fosse Way) at the traffic lights. Follow the road round towards The Rissingtons. The Model Village is on the left and then Birdland on the right. Coombe House is 300 yards further on the left, just past Bridle Close. There is ample parking at the back of the house.
